Sleep Journal

A two-minute morning check-in. Rate how rested you feel, log hours, and add a short note about yesterday — screens, caffeine, alcohol, stress, exercise. Over a few weeks the patterns become impossible to miss.

Why a written log helps

Sleep trackers measure movement and heart rate but not context. A subjective note ('wine at dinner', 'big meeting today') surfaces causes trackers alone will never find.
