How fast will I get a reply?
Most messages get a personal reply within 1–2 business days. NappyTi.me is a small, independent project — there is no support team, no chatbot, and no outsourced inbox. Every message is read by founder Cory B.
Can you give me medical advice about my sleep?
No. NappyTi.me publishes educational content based on peer-reviewed sleep research, but we are not licensed clinicians. If you suspect a sleep disorder — chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs, severe daytime fatigue — please speak with a physician or a board-certified sleep specialist. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine maintains a public directory of accredited sleep centers.
I found an error in a guide. What do I do?
Please tell us. We treat corrections as a priority — our editorial policy commits to fixing factual errors within 5 business days and publishing a visible correction note when the meaning of a guide changes. Include the URL, the sentence in question, and a source if you have one.
Do you accept sponsored posts or paid links?
No. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored guides, or paid backlinks, and we carry no affiliate links. The only commercial relationship on the site is display advertising. Outreach asking us to "add a do-follow link in exchange for X" will not be answered.
Can I republish or quote your content?
Short quotations are fine with attribution and a link back to the original guide. Republishing a full article requires written permission — email us first. Educators and non-profits: we are generally happy to grant free use, just ask.
Do you sell or share data I submit through this form?
No. The contact form opens your own email client with a prefilled draft — your message goes straight to hello@nappyti.me and nowhere else.
